Prepare Resumes And Cover Letters

Your resume and cover letter are tools to communicate to your potential employers in order to show your education, experience and skills which meet their hiring requirements and highlight your strengths to the specific position. We will offer workshops to assist you with developing your own version.

Career Consultations.

At the Career Development Center, we understand that career development is not a simple puzzle to solve. If you have concerns or questions about your career development, we are here to assist you. In addition to a series of workshops on a regular basis, we offer one-to-one career consultation by appointment.

o  Individual consultations

o  Identify strengths and interests through personalized career counseling services

o  Assistance with resumes and cover letters

o  Interview preparation  

o  Career development workshops

o  Employer networking events

o  Alumni career mentors

o  Book an appointment for career consulting service.

  •     Complete the appointment form and send it to cdc@wbcpcollege.ca 
  •     Students can choose in-person or video-conference consultation


Coop Programs

Students in programs with co-op components will be able to work in the real workplace and  apply learned skills.


Employer Student Resume Book

All students will have the opportunity to include your resume into our student resume book, and only selected employers will receive this resume book from WBCPC.
